Jesus Alvarez brings approximately 30 years of building experience to his leadership at Indigo Design + Build. His understanding of construction comes from hands-on work—knowing how materials come together, anticipating challenges, and attending to the details that make a home work well.
As CEO and Construction Director, Jesus leads with practical thinking and a strong sense of responsibility to each client. He understands the trust homeowners place in the people building their homes and values clear communication throughout the process. Working closely with Alvaro, he connects the design vision with the realities of construction, helping clients understand each step as their plans become a place to call home.

For Alvaro Zepeda, good design begins with listening—understanding how people live, what matters to them, and what they hope their home can become. With approximately 30 years of design experience and bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture, he brings creativity, practical knowledge, and personal attention to each project.
As Design Director and Concept Designer at Indigo Design + Build, Alvaro helps clients shape their ideas into spaces that feel comfortable, purposeful, and distinctly their own. His background in restoration, adaptive reuse, and teaching informs his appreciation for a building’s character and possibilities. Whether guiding a remodel or a new home, he values a collaborative process in which clients feel heard, informed, and involved.

Teresa Cuba sees outdoor spaces as an essential part of how people experience their homes—a place to gather, find a quiet moment, and connect with nature. With 20 years of experience in landscape design, she brings a thoughtful perspective to the relationship between a home, its surroundings, and the people who use them.
At Indigo Design + Build, Teresa coordinates landscape design, helping shape outdoor environments that feel connected to the home and responsive to everyday life. Her approach considers how planting, pathways, shade, and gathering areas work together, balancing visual character with comfort and practical use. Working closely with the design and construction team, she helps clients envision landscapes that can grow with them, bringing enjoyment and a sense of belonging to the places they call home.
